Editorial standards
Useful without pretending certainty.
NUMA is designed to feel specific and recognisable while staying honest about what an entertainment quiz can—and cannot—establish.
Originality
NUMA questions, result names and interpretations are written for this site. We do not copy proprietary personality instruments or repackage clinical scales as entertainment.
Clear limits
We do not claim to diagnose a condition, identify another person’s intentions, predict compatibility or replace qualified advice. Pages involving attachment-adjacent themes, people pleasing or overthinking include explicit non-diagnostic language.
Respectful framing
No result is presented as the universally healthy, desirable or superior type. Strengths can be overused, blind spots depend on context and patterns may change across relationships, environments and life stages.
People-first publishing
We publish a test only when it answers a distinct visitor question and offers a meaningfully different experience. We do not create near-duplicate pages simply to target keyword variations.
Corrections
We correct factual, technical and wording errors when identified. Concerns about a test, result or safety statement can be sent through the contact page with the relevant URL.
Advertising separation
Advertising does not determine test outcomes or editorial conclusions. Ads will be visually distinguishable from questions, answers and result actions, and placements must not interfere with completing a test.
